Jennifer leads Customer Success and Support at ALTR. Over the past 20 years, she has had a dedicated focus on customer onboarding, account management and driving customers to long-term success. Prior to joining ALTR, Jennifer was instrumental in defining and evolving the strategic account management program at Planview for her dedicated product line. Before that, she managed the relationship of top strategic customer accounts at Troux Technologies (before being acquired by Planview). Jennifer is an alumnus of the University of Arizona with a BSBA degree in Management Information Systems and Operations Management.
