John Swainson has been the president of the Dell Software Group, the CEO of CA, and worked for IBM for over 26 years, where he held various management positions.
Mr. Swainson sits on the boards of Intralinks, Visa Inc., AllClearID, and Midis Group and was formerly on the boards of Broadcom Inc., Cadence Design Systems, Assurant, SecureKey Inc. and Serena Software, where he was the chairman.
