Jim joins ALTR with over twenty-three years of experience as an attorney in the financial services industry. Jim previously served as General Counsel and Secretary for Ronin Capital, a global proprietary trading firm. Jim was also a member of the firm’s Board of Managers and served as a managing director for several of Ronin’s subsidiaries located in Europe and Asia. Prior to joining Ronin, he was the Compliance/Legal Counsel for Rom-Bo Trading Company, a firm engaged in the stock execution business. Jim is an alumnus of Boston College, where he received a B.S. in Economics from the Carroll School of Management, and a J.D. from Boston College Law School.
